The SUN LIVING Furniture

SUN LIVING Furniture provides a highly designer-friendly experience. We can follow a client’s specifications on custom CAD drawings and mood boards, or our in-house team of draughts men can develop new designs, textures, accents and design details based on concept photos or referencing existing pieces from our collections.

SAMPLES, PROTOTYPES & MOCK UP ROOMS

Samples and prototypes can be developed and modified with options in materials, color, finish, fabric choices and customized design details. Mock up hotel rooms can be assembled at our Bali head office factory showroom for client inspections and final design amendments made prior to sign-off for production.

ARTWORK & SOURCING CONSULTANCY

We consults and supplies both volume art for hotel rooms and special feature artwork for public areas, restaurants and spas. We can source or supply individual ‘conversation pieces’ and develop with artists and our wide range of suppliers a diverse array of accessories and artwork necessary for modern hotel needs including: unique furniture and accessories, stone decorative walls, intricately carved wood panels, paintings, ceramics, metalwork, stone statues, pots and freestanding sculptural pieces.

CUSTOMIZED PACKING & COORDINATION OF LOGISTICS

Our logistics staff can help you estimate volume, organize quotes and arrange shipping schedules for shipments to all destinations. We can work with your nominated shipper or recommend others we have successfully dealt with for years. We can consolidate other suppliers’ goods to be combined with our order. All packing is done professionally using the relevant packing protection material or customized crating for each item.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION & SUPERVISION AT SITE

Should the project require specialized installation, we can arrange to send a project manager to the local or international hotel site to supervise a team of our experienced carpenters to install the goods on arrival.

The SUN LIVING interior design & Development

We create a details plan of action and develop the design concepts that will inspire the space. Spaces planning, elevations, floor plan, millworks, kitchen, baths, furniture, fabrics, finishes, lighting and artworks will all be considered.

Program Development

Schematic Design
During this stage, the architect creates preliminary designs and sketches, which are then refined and evaluated based on feasibility and cost.
Design Development

Construction Documents
